• Gold Rate Fluctuation: The prices of our gold and silver jewelry are subject to change dynamically based on the current market gold rate. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.
• Weight Tolerance: Due to the handcrafted nature of jewelry, there may be slight variations in the weight of the actual product compared to the weight mentioned on the website.
• Images: Product images are for illustrative purposes. Actual colors may vary slightly due to screen resolution and lighting conditions during photography.

3. Orders and Acceptance

Placement of an order does not constitute a legally binding contract. A contract is formed only when we dispatch the goods to you. We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including limitation on quantities, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.

We accept payments via Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, and other methods as listed at checkout. All payments must be made in Indian Rupees (INR). Orders will only be processed once payment is confirmed.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to most locations across India. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order.

• Insured Shipping: All our jewelry shipments are fully insured until they reach your doorstep.
• Recipient Verification: For security, the recipient may be required to produce a valid government ID proof upon delivery.

• Customized or personalized jewelry is generally non-refundable.
• Items must be returned with the original certificate (if applicable) and tag intact.

7. BIS Hallmarking & Certification

Manha Jewels guarantees that all Gold jewelry sold is BIS Hallmarked, ensuring the purity of the metal (18K, 22K, or 24K). Diamond and gemstone jewelry will be accompanied by a certificate of authenticity from recognized laboratories where applicable.

Manha Jewels shall not be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages of any kind in connection with these terms of use, even if the user has been informed in advance of the possibility of such damages.
